Jersey Isles, etc. have all recently opened up their banking laws to comply w/ heavy pressure from other countries -- just as Switz. did several years ago.

The cash may be "gone" but that's a drop in the bucket compared to the vast wealth that's been nicked. Hal/KBR, for one, does not do biz in cash (except for their bribes in Africa, etc.) Due to new U.S. Corp. reporting laws, they are up the creek once the investigations commence. for their foreign/offshore subsidiaries. KBR is but one of many companies where paper trails exist--and if paper trails are "lost", missing, etc., (this also applies to their foreign/offshore subsidiaries), their EXECS are personally on the line for massive, confiscatory fines and PRISON TIME.

The spate of Politician founded "Charities" will assuredly be investigated and this promises plenty of jail time. Ask Mrs. DeLay.
