Is a bl*w job the ONLY Impeachable offense?

For the life of me I can not understand how Bush is managing NOT to be impeached. He's lied, broken the law, cheated, stolen, evaded, misled and taken us into a faulty war. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE????

Is there NO ONE who can DO something about this?!?!?! I think it's time to get that asshole out of office- 2008 is to far away. With his track record I think we can clearly see that he will screw the country even more.

It's embarrassing to realize that Clinton was impeached for what was, for all intents and purposes, a family matter. Bush is being caught out on national security issues but it seems everyone is powerless to stop him. Why is that?

I'm serious about this- why do you think he isn't being impeached? Is there ANYTHING that we as citizens can do?
