10. This is all well and good but
it isn't just ABC/Disney who are complicit. NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX, etc., hell, even PBS & NPR have intentionally failed to present the truth and continue to do so. Can we, realistically, stage a mass boycott of all Corporate Media and their subsidiaries? I don't even own a tv at this point and the only radio I listen to is Air America and 9 out of 10 times going to the movies it's a tiny indie film that likely won't even get release outside of LA or NYC. But that's me. I still buy toothpaste and groceries and gasoline and electronics. There may be a corporation or, perhaps, two which are not complicit in this fascist nightmare, but can we survive only purchasing from them? I don't think it's realistic to expect America as a whole to throw out their tv's nor to go to the store with a 15 page list of assholes to boycott to double check against the items they want. I think our focus needs to really be on making sure we have free and fair elections. We need to get rid of the electronic machines which leave no paper trail as well as the optiscan machines which are made the same companies. No boycott or protest is going to help if we don't have the ability to elect officials who actually represent us.
