Considering the initial reports when Bolton's nomination was added to the Repug's "to-do" list, this is a great sign that the Dems are not going to back down from and allow these purely political gestures to tie up the legislative agenda. I hope the trend continues. Even though Bolton is not the hot topic right now, to back off and let his nomination sail through would be perceived at best as caving to public opinion. "Waffling" if you will. I'm tired of the old Democratic argument that we need to save our ammo for the biggest fights. Bolton is the wrong choice for this position now, just as he was at the time of his recess appointment.
