9. The big thing is the coordinated effort at marketing this thing.
1. The movie, itself - - production, writing, etc.

2. Promotion of the movie through right-wing talkers and pundits.

3. The coordinating on-line study guide (lesson plans) through Scholastic.

4. Marketing of the movie to 100,000 teachers via a letter from Thomas Kean.

5. Providing the movie through iTunes and other on-line venues.

Friends, this is a huge and comprehensive media campaign, the likes of which I believe I have never seen before. There is a huge amount of money involved in this, and a huge amount of behind-the-scenes activity and coordination with all these different targets.

And all of this was done under the radar - - virtually unnoticed by the media or the public until Rush Limbaugh began crowing about it last week.

I believe we are seeing that Vast Right-wing Conspiracy everyone laughed at Mrs. Clinton about some 12 or 13 years ago.

And I'm sorry to say I find it very frightening in both the scope of the push and in the smooth and hidden campaign to promote this propaganda.
