Or was he saying that there was no warning, you know, like a PDB saying something like "Bin Laden determined to strike in the United States." No information at all. It's not like Al Qaeda gave out the names and addresses of the guys involved, or notified Bush personally of the flight numbers (at least so far as we know). That kind of work is too hard, evidently.
