3. I've used this analogy before and I'll use it again...
They are like the idiot who sits on the sidelines of a game or activity and talks trash about how much the people doing the game or activity suck and how much better they can do it (ie. Republicans during the Clinton years). Then finally they get their shot in the game and they whiff. They fail. They fuck it up royally and look like asses. But no matter how obvious it is to everyone else that their trash talk was nothing more than so much hot air, they simply can't admit this and they can't own up to the fact that they weren't as good as they told everyone they were and that their previously yapped about skills were pretty much nonexistent. But then rather than slink away in shame or admitting defeat that person gets even more in your face and more aggressive as if somehow their unlived up to hype and shit talking was somehow everyone ELSE'S fault.
