After Words: Rahm Emanuel, co-author of "The Plan: Big Ideas for America," interviewed by Michael Tackett

In the new book, "The Plan: Big Ideas for America," co-authors Rahm Emanuel and Bruce Reed present an agenda designed to address the nation’s most pressing challenges. Both served as senior advisors to President Clinton. Congressman Emanuel now serves as chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Congressman Emanuel discusses the book with Mike Tackett, the Chicago Tribune’s Washington Bureau Chief.

Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) was elected to Congress in 2002. Formerly he served as a senior advisor to President Bill Clinton. He is also chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Michael Tackett is the Washington Bureau Chief for the Chicago Tribune.
