As far as looking at the chart, you are the one who first said there was no drop in the chart, and then that you saw the drop in the chart.

So now, you are go to the drop that was stopped by a natural disaster wasn't as big as the one now.

Yes this year is probably a bigger drop than what the price would have dropped to last year if not for nature and the speculation that went with that, and we are at higher prices which lead to more short term volatility. But this is the time of the year the price of gas drops, around the end of Aug.
