NOTHING is ever good enough. NO ONE can ever meet the ridiculously impossible standards the left sets - no politician, no spokesman, no writer or radio host or magazine or radio station or anyone propagating liberal thoughts and ideas anywhere could ever possibly live up to the expectations the left has.

That kind of thinking will just give Rush and Hannity and Savage uncontested control of the airwaves.

While the Republicans have focused ALL their resources on demonizing Democrats and liberals, the left seems to think it's a fucking great idea to spend all its resources demonizing.... Democrats and liberals. Then, as Republicans win another election, they start bitching because Democrats and liberals are out of power. Then they blame the Democrats and liberals for being out of power, and the whole ugly process starts all over again. No one is more effectively self-defeating than the American left - hell, with friends like that, who the hell needs enemies? The "progressive left" spends almost as much of its time convincing people not to vote Democratic as Republicans do. And then they wonder why neocons have taken over our country? Maybe they should look in the fucking mirror.
