A school has been built! (Let's leave out the part about the students getting blown to bits while on the way to school) A hospital is up and running! (Let's leave out why the hospitals were not running and why there are just so many wounded) Soldiers hand out beanie babies! and school supplies! (to the village they stormed last week, at the ruins of the school US bombing destroyed...but do put in that school will be rebuilt)
and while we're at it...let's keep those coffins of dead soldiers out of the press...
See how easy it is? Just leave off the death and destruction. Instant good news!
