pangs. I stopped listening to his type all together and I've been much happier. A person can only handle so much hate and over the past few years, I've had my fill. I listen to NPR exclusively now and the world doesn't seem so much like a giant steaming shithole filtered through recycled Nazi propaganda. If you listen to people like him for too long, you'll either become a mindless drone where a vision of a demonic Jesus plagues your soul or you start imagining what it would be like to strangle people like that with some piano wire. Either way, they're just doing their job as a hatemonger. The goal in thier game is to create animosity between "Repukes" and "Democraps" and allow the Riech-wing to maintain their intractibility while ruling. For those who align with them, they believe they're on a "winning" team even if they don't necessarily known what the game is all about. For us "losers", we get grow outraged and indignant over thier apostacy of democracy and thus "feed the beast" by opening our mouths about thier opinions. Instead of allowing him the satisfaction of a "job well done", I prefer to just listen to the sounds of some dude in Jaba Jaba land somewhere beating on rusted out Edsel with drumsticks passed down from some prehistoric ancestor. (Hijacking Gandhi's axiom) "Fist they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you and then I change the channel."
