deliberately. It's not a matter of what I believe about fraud "impacting" the 2004 election. It's a matter of NON-TRANSPARENT, UNVERIFIABLE, UNRECOUNTABLE, UNAUDITABLE vote counting, and an INVALID election, in which 80% of the votes were "tabulated" by two Bushite electronic voting corporations, using TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY programming code, with virtually no audit/recount controls. This fraudulent election SYSTEM was deliberately engineered by the biggest crooks in the Anthrax Congress, Tom Delay and Bob Ney (now indicted or resigned in bribery scandals), and fast-tracked across the nation with a nearly $4 billion electronic voting boondoggle and unregulated lavish lobbying, during the 2002-2004 period. They COULD HAVE HAD a transparent, verifiable, recountable election in 2004. Transparent elections are not difficult. People vote, and you count the votes in public view. They DIDN'T want a transparent election in 2004 (or ever again).

Once you understand this, everything else falls into place. What is a non-transparent election system, run by Bushites with secret programming, FOR? It's for stealing votes and keeping Bushites it power. Let me just explain to you who these two corporations are, who were the chief beneficiaries of the "Help America Vote Act" boondoggle:

DIEBOLD: Until recently, headed by Wally O'Dell, a Bush-Cheney campaign chair and major fundraiser (a Bush "Pioneer," right up there with Ken Lay), who promised in writing to "deliver Ohio's electoral votes to Bush-Cheney in 2004"; and

ES&S: A spinoff of Diebold (similar computer architecture), initially funded by rightwing billionaire Howard Ahmanson, who also gave one million dollars to the extremist 'christian' Chalcedon Foundation (which touts the death penalty for homosexuals, among other things). Diebold and ES&S have an incestuous relationship; they are run by two brothers, Bob and Todd Urosevich.

These are the people who "counted" 80% of the nation's votes in 2004, under a veil of corporate secrecy.

How do you ram an unjust, illegal war, and massive looting of the federal treasury, down peoples' throats, in a democracy? You rig the elections. That's what they did.

NOW you look at the election fraud evidence--with means, motive and opportunity in mind. The "means" was private corporate vote "tabulation"--run on programming code that is so secret not even our secretaries of state are permitted to review it. The "motive" was to stay in power, loot the federal treasury some more, run rampant over the Constitution, invade more Mideast oil fields, and entrench fascist power so that it could never be dislodged. The "opportunity" was extremely insecure and insider hackable electronic voting systems, run by Bush's buds at Diebold and ES&S. One hacker, a couple of minutes, leaving no trace--that's all it takes to change thousands and even millions of votes. Why did Tom Delay nix a paper trail requirement for electronic voting (he wouldn't let it get out of committee)? This is why.

Kerry had momentum going into the election. The Dems had blown the Repubs away in new voter registration, nearly 60/40. Bush was a basket case during the debates. Iraq was falling apart. The torture photos had been exposed. Zogby said that Bush's approval ratings were so low he could not win. The exit polls on election day showed Kerry winning all day long, until late in the day, when the reporting system when down for a while (a "computer glitch," they said), and when it came back up, suddenly, mysteriously, Bush had won. What they had done was to MIX the exit poll data with results of Diebold/ES&S's secret vote tabulation formulae. They DOCTORED the exit polls to force them to CONFIRM the results of a deliberately created NON-TRANSPARENT voting system. Exit polls are used worldwide to verify elections and check for fraud. They are extremely reliable for those purposes. Not here. Here, the exit polls were FALSIFIED--the same war profiteering corporate news monopolies (run by by 5 billionaire CEOs) that had been colluding with the Bush junta all along.

Likely, Kerry's win was bigger than 3% (exit polls)--more like 5% (and included fearful Republican voters--probably mostly women--who defected from their churches, their preachers, their husbands, to vote against Bush, and who would not likely talk to strangers about their vote, thus they wouldn't show up in the exit polls*.) If you add in all the black votes that were purged/suppressed (Greg Palast puts it at one million)--and suppression also of student and other minority votes--Kerry's win may have been higher, 6% to 7%. And THIS probably explains what the Bushites did in Ohio--blatant violations of the Voting Rights Act, in broad daylight: they were looking at a Kerry blowout; the electronic voting systems were being tested out for the first time, nationwide, and possibly had to be pre-programmed to certain percentages--the theft was not all that smooth or easy; Ohio was Plan B.

See www.TruthIsAll.net --for an analysis of the exits polls and where the theft occurred (in the close swing states, and primarily on the east coast). Ohio alone would have established Kerry as the winner (via the Electoral Votes), if it hadn't been a fascist Bushite enclave where an honest recount could not be obtained (the Greens tried, and were blockaded in every way). But the FOUNDATION of the fraudulent re-installation of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld & Co. was laid by these stealth voting counting systems in MANY states, not just Ohio. They flipped a 3% Kerry exit poll win into a 2.5% Diebold/ES&S win for Bush--nationwide, in the popular vote (a few percentages here, a few there, in many places)--and gained Ohio's Electoral votes by thuggery.

So, does it really matter who I want as the Democratic candidate for president in '08?

Diebold and ES&S (and the third big election theft player, Sequoia--also with close ties to the Republican Party) control the primary elections (who we get to have as our candidate) and who "wins" in November.

First I will tell you who I want, and why--and then I will answer that question (what does it matter what I want)?

I want a Gore/Kerry ticket. I think these two men were elected by the American people. I think they are our rightful rulers. I think that it is VERY IMPORTANT that order be restored! I want a "restoration" ticket. It doesn't so much matter what *I* think of either of them. What matters is who the voters truly elected.

I like Gore--a lot. He hasn't said anything much that I know of, about stolen elections--nor about another concern of mine, NAFTA and global corporate piracy, but he HAS spoken out very powerfully on torture, on the misuse of our military, on important Constitutional questions (executive tyranny), and of course on global warming. I'm still pissed off at Kerry (though I voted for him) for his vote to give Bush war powers, and his stupidity in trusting Christopher Dodd as his adviser on electronic voting. (Dodd colluded with Delay and Ney.) Doesn't matter. The people elected him. I am convinced of it. He should be Gore's running mate. Gore was elected first, and has many years of executive experience as Clinton's V-P. He should head the ticket. Gore and Kerry would be a very powerful executive team, and I'm sure they would put this country back on the right course. (Just think of the talent and dedication they would inspire!)

Now, as to what we can do to get them RESTORED (or get other legitimate representatives of the people into the White House and into Congress). We are in one hell of a mess, as to election transparency.

The election reform movement is growing by leaps and bounds, but I see nothing on the horizon to prevent Stolen Election III this November. They may throw us some sops (if they're smart) but it won't be anywhere near the anti-war, anti-Bush majority in the country. It will be much the same as now in Congress, but with a few more voices "crying in the wilderness." And we really can't stop them from doing even worse to us--a phony Bushite "comeback" victory in Congress.

But we CAN save the '08 primaries and general election from fraudulent vote counting, and here's how: By a massive citizen BOYCOTT of the election theft machines--everyone voting by Absentee Ballot this fall! FLOOD local/state election officials with MOUNTAINS of paper AB votes to deal with, and create sufficient panic and crisis in the election theft industry to FORCE reform NOW.

AB votes are not particularly "safe"--and will not insure accurate vote counts this fall--but, if enough people vote AB (and many are--it's up to 50% in Los Angeles), we CAN force reform in the only jurisdictions where it is still possible--the local/state venues.

It's easy. Everybody can do it. (Most states have some form of AB voting.) Such a protest, consciously undertaken, will be a motivator. It will help turnout. Your vote is not just a vote--it is a PROTEST, aimed at un-rigging the system. It will be a vehicle for the expression of discontent--of which there is a huge amount in the country right now. You want to show how pissed off you are?--boycott their rigged voting machines--vote Absentee!

I think this protest has a lot of potential to jump-start reform. That's what we need to do. The current situation of highly riggable elections is not democracy. It is tyranny. We must take this window of opportunity--this next election--to throw it off, before it's too late.
