Those are straw-college guys he invented to make the point he wants. It's not like legalized abortion doesn't serve the same function, and in either case, it's up to the woman if she's going to avail herself of the option. If she chooses neither plan B nor an abortion (if she becomes pregnant), then he is not 'off the hook'.
