This country is too addicted to its low prices and cheap labor. From the beginning it used immigrants that by today's standards would be called illegals and even back then they weren't well received by the "natives" to produce higher profit.

The root solution is forcing those who exploit them to do Federal time but it'll never happen not whilst the government takes their cut of the operation and while we sit around blaming the immigrants for doing exactly what we would do if we were in their situation.
