terror alerts:

1. The World Trade Center was attacked twice.

2. There have been several terror attacks including the ones in Indonesia, Spain and England since 9/11.

3. There are all kind of Osama wanna-bes out there plotting to make their mark on the world.

4. Yes, the Bush administration has made a series of ludicrous arrests but see #2 and # 3 above.

5. Meanwhile, the Bush administration has made very little real progress in protecting us from a terror attack and in fact by diverting resources to an unnecessary war has made things worse.

Given all that, why do you assume that every arrest or false alarm world wide is part of a scheme by Rove to tip the November elections? I would rather see an air crew react to a false alarm than to see another plane go down.
