25. The overt/visible SNEERING.

The smirking/sneering/arrogance/disdain exhibited by Bush, Cheney, Rove, Delay, etal.

My other top contenders:

o The innocent lives cruelly snuffed out (Iraqi & American)
o Torture (Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, etc.)
o The destruction/rape of our Constitution & system of checks & balances.
