in the bible -- like everything else -- these are metaphors and allegories.

you understand these people out of context -- people who were ravaged by the ottoman empire then france and england -- people who were deprived of the ''priveledge'' of self determination.

and only a bigot would believe that those statements in the koran provide the framework for what we are going through now.

these are multidimensional people -- with goals for their children just like ours.
