When it comes to elections. Why in the world the courts don't step in is a real mystery. A review of the Florida felon purge in 2000 showed one case where 134 voters were purged by a single name on the felon list. This happens because the "soundex" logic used by the programs can be set "soft" where a near match is considered a match. This is a clear denial of due process as there is no effort to confirm the soft matches generated by the computer program and tens of thousands of voters are illegally scrubbed from the voter list. Are judges too computer illiterate to understand what is going on? How can the same scam be working 6 years after it was first discovered. And how come nobody ever goes to jail when these scams are uncovered. Instead they run for Governor or Senator.
