I had to go through the 71 draft experience. So billy had to as well. I wound up with a higher number than they were taking and did not get called. That's all bill had to say unless he had a low number and dodged the draft somehow. What is the creep's birthday? We can find out what his draft number was then.

edit, Creep was born 12-23-52 draft number 171, so he would not have been called. They only took up to 75 that year IIRC.
