would still trust of believe them. Now if the terrorists really do strike nobody will believe the government and the disaster will be made worse, just like the ineptitude during Katrina, led to a far worse situation than it SHOULD have been. Criminal Cronyism...is a more accurate description of what we've seen than "Culture of Corruption"...
