Later on, once he was back at U.N. base on a hill near Ibl El-Saqi, in southern Lebanon, he saw some rockets, and their launch site got bombed.

The civilians were near the village of Kefraya in eastern Lebanon, when they were bombed. In a completely different part of the country.

See? The only connection is that they both talk about people who had, at some earlier time, been in the town of Marjayoun.
