3. Mississippi issues a "Voter Registration Card"

It has alot of good info on it, like what congressional district you live in, voting precinct location, state senate and house districts and school board location. Also has your SSN, but no picture. Its very handy and is easy to get however no one asks for it when you vote, which is silly to me. Why issue the damn thing. I always have it and my driver's license out when I vote, when I give it to the poll worker, they look at me like I'm from Mars.
