24. My 19 month old son wears an Orthopedic helmet
Edited on Fri Aug-11-06 02:56 AM by symbolman
they are designed to round out heads, since kids are all kept sleeping on their backs over fear of SIDS, they get flat spots on their skulls, whole new Industry in these corrective helmets..(make sure you give your newborns LOTS of belly time or it can happen to them)

So they tell me that they have to "take a swipe" on the outside of the helmet.. I asked them if there were any chemicals involved as that would possibly compromise the plastic of this 4000 dollar device, and that was NOT going to happen.

They said no, it was just a cotton cloth that they run through a machine.

But then that little TSA twerp reached for my little boy's head with that material I gave him such a LOOK that he backed up. It was a look of TOTAL DISGUST and he felt it deep in his soul. He was actually embarrassed and ashamed of what he was doing. I was a bit surprised because most of the time they're just underpaid pricks, and *I* always get hauled out of line and searched.. Long Hair you know, Instant "Hippie, Commie, Liberal, Pinko" stereotyping.

I felt such a raw feeling that it backed this guy up.

Look them in the eyes, show them themselves, send them pictures, it works.

I almost said, "You want an ANAL PRINT, take one from me, but keep your fucking hands OFF MY LITTLE BOY."

This is not my country anymore, this is not the country I fought for as a Sgt in the US Air Force.

This is where America USED TO BE.
