in his run as an Independent? Here's where the rubber really meets the road. I know that my Senator (Leahy) and soon to be Senator-Elect, Sanders, will support Lamont. Same goes for the dem here who's running for Sander's seat, Peter Welch. Leahy announced some time ago he'd support Lamont if he won. I imagine Dean and the DNC (after all it is the DNC) will be solidly behind Lamont. What about Reid and others? Will they also back Lamont?
