There will likely be a pig farm up for sale there in January 2007.

If not there (and probably not, now that I think about it), somewhere in a politically and socially progressive part of the West- Washington, Oregon, California, depending on cost of living, etc. One thing is for sure: I am not living in a Republican/conservative area ever again. It really sucks!
