89. It works that way within states and cities, too. Wonder why?
In Wisconsin, for example, wildy blue Madison is very expensive (housing), while the red parts of the state (most of the state) are very affordable. Even within Madison, the "bluer" parts of town are substantially more expensive than the areas where Bush's approval rating gets above 5% (I'm just guessing about the percent).
