The intelligence they cherry-picked was used as a tool so they can say 'we're doing it out of self-defense' and those that chose to believe it didn't view it as an aggressive war because of that. If bush had gone back a second time, I do believe (and I could be speculating in the land of naivete') he would have had to come up with a hell of a lot more than the worthless intelligence he used.

It's probably inevitable that bush would still have dragged this country into war no matter what.
