2. The most important news story of the day, bar none. If we don't restore
our right to vote--the mechanism of our sovereignty as a people--we can't do ANYTHING else that needs to be done.

I propose we bumpstart it by massive Absentee Ballot voting this fall. Boycott the machines! FORCE reform NOW. AB voting is not "safe," and it won't give us accurate counts this November. But it CAN bring the election theft system to its knees, and CREATE the conditions for reform, if it's big enough (already up to 50% in Los Angeles). What are they gonna do if nobody will vote on their expensive, shiny, new, rigged electronic machinery? Make them face it. Force the issue NOW. Give them MOUNTAINS and MOUNTAINS of paper ballots to deal with. A full scale citizen rebellion. Put people like Steve Freeman AT THE TABLE, dictating terms.

Bust the Machines--Vote Absentee!

--------

(Note: Good idea to send AB vote by registered mail, return receipt requested (or hand deliver, if possible). Photocopy it. Send a separate letter to local election officials stating your demand for TRANSPARENT vote counting IN PUBLIC VIEW.)
