and probably bolster Democrats fall election appeal for doing so.

My guess: low wage earners have traded a six month wait for a better, sooner, larger increase in the minimum wage, and motivation to go out and vote to help get it.

And the rest of us don't have to live under the blackmail and increasing unfairness of a system geared entirely towards undeservedly enriching the already rich.
