And your "Lou cares" theme and his "truth-telling" is laughable. He scrounges up the most simplistic arguments, fobs them off as deep insights, and gets people like you all lathered up about poor Latinos scrabbling around doing shit work in fast-food joints, hotels, and as construction laborers. Meanwhile he cheers on wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, says nothing about Bush running up a mindblowing deficit, wrecking our army, and $3.25/gallon gas. And don't feed me his false indignation about "ILLEGAL" workers as deep concern for the middle class when Lou says diddlysquat about Bush's fat-cat tax policies that have squashed our middle class flat, ruined the country's finances, and caused us to go into hock for the foreseeable future to Communist China. Where's sweet Lou been on the minimum wage? Affordable health care? Investment in education and infrastructure?

Lou's a one-trick pony. It's all-immigration, all the time with sweet Lou. And don't hand me that "Lou's our hero" bullshit rant. As I said, if you like him, go put a flag on your lapel,recite the pledge of allegiance, and watch him till your eyes fall out. He'll never be a hero of mine.
