If Bush would quit breaking the law - there would be no need to leak.

Someone told the NY Times about the wiretapping of financial transactions because the Bush Administration was not getting a warrant to engage in these activities. If they would actually follow the law - there would be no need for the media to report matters like this. I suppose the Bush Administration can do anything they want and use terrorism as an excuse to cover it up.
