Is Fox News about to justify Bush's War?

Fox News has hired an analyst to evaluate Saddam's alleged WMD and terrorist connections from information recently released by the Pentagon.

In the following article, Fox announces this project and does their best to give an impressive resume for their analyst.

I don't know about you (but I could guess), but I don't trust the Pentagon any more than I trust Fox News. In fact, if the first paragraph of this article is any indication, this report will be nothing more than a laundering of government lies through the media.

Excerpt: "Was Saddam Hussein a security threat to the United States? Did the Iraqi dictator have connections to Al Qaeda or other terrorist ties? What happened to the weapons of mass destruction everyone believed were in his possession (italics mine)? Did Saddam move them? Did they ever exist?

Everyone believed he had WMD, eh? That's a goddamn lie. I expect this project is an effort by Fox News to justify Bush's War prior to the 2006 or 2008 elections and resurrect the Big Lie.
