I live in Utah. People here are still sick from the fallout from the last round of testing. I'm not so worried about underground testing. I think that limits radioactive fallout. But Bush and his boys are bat sheet insane, and I believe they're crazy enough to consider starting up above ground testing again.

It's like they WANT to DESTROY the United States, but I can't understand WHY.
Above ground testing would pretty much guarantee another nuclear arms race - this time global.
