If you are call your state's Attorney General. My wife just did and they are looking into it now to see if they can stop the calls from being made here in West Virginia.

"CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - The National Republican Congressional Committee agreed to stop placing automated telephone calls to New Hampshire residents on the federal do-not-call list, a state official said.

The committee voluntarily agreed Sunday to stop calling homes on the registry after a citizen complained to the state attorney general's office, which then spoke with the GOP group's lawyer in Washington.

Under state statute, political campaigns are allowed to contact people on the do-not-call list, but cannot use automated recordings."
