42. Word. Our family tried to get away for several days to the coast in July

and rooms there were like $130 to $150 (with tax) a night! And we aren't talking the Four Seasons here or a Hawaiian Vacation. We are talking a place maybe a step above Motel 6, no amenities, no breakfast! Between that, food, gas, fun and misc., we could only afford to get away for a couple days. So now we are looking into buying a small camping trailer. Who can afford a simple and spare weeks vacation a few hours from home when the room alone costs $910 to $1050 a WEEK?! WTF?! That's almost what my mortgage costs for the ENTIRE month!!!

Meanwhile the Chimperor and his filthy rich "base" can travel at will and stay at only the finest places-or scratch that-stay at their luxury vacation homes. :grr:
