I had a realization; of all the topics under which one could post here, 'marketing' wasn't one of them.

I move that the DU starts a discussion about the marketing of political ideas. A discussion about the application of marketing technique to political speech. Our competition is a step ahead of us in this area, people.

However, I'll bet you a dollar that there are some savvy marketers who lurk here...people who need to be talking now, four months before the elections.

The good news? Progressives are generally smarter, better informed, and more industrious than our rivals. They're just more vicious, better financed and more zealous. It'll be *fun* to kick their asses. Glorious, perhaps.

We're so close to being *there*, folks. We're a few initiatives from having an echo chamber that *stomps* the one on the right...because it'll be world-wide (remember the pre-IraqII marches?), because you can't staunch a billion voices, because it's past time for these bastards to go back to the plains, to whatever oil-sopped, bible-page wallpapered hole it is in Texas from which they hail.

Anybody who wants to second my vote, please K&R this, and perhaps our moderators will take note and act. I know I'm ready to. As a matter of fact, I *am* acting. I built this today:

A week from now, it'll be impeachnow.com, or something.

It's time to take it to *them*, I think.

Best,

Dave
