Under state and federal laws, El Drugbo is NOT supposed to leave the country under probation without his travel permit or his PO's OK. I'm pretty sure, knowing Dominician Republic's sordid history and the sex tourism attraction, that his PO DID not OK the trip.

As a result, not only he was in violation of his probation for the illegal scrip, but also leaving the country.
