Heron's are so majestic. We have sand hill and blue herons in my area. We often see them along the riverbanks while rowing.

I was hiking several years ago in the marshes and saw two sand hill herons "dancing". I felt honored to see such a site, but I also felt like an intruder, even though we kept our distance.
