[Why Syzygy]

I don't know if this relates. My living situation is a trial. It is apparent in my birth chart. Just this week I realized I may never have the luxury of having my own space without constant fear and worry. It's something I may have to deal (unsatisfactorily) with for the rest of my life. Also, I've started having some unusual physical symptoms. My mind leaps to the worst case option. That could really consume me, but I'm not so interested in dwelling on it. I've had a headache more or less since Friday. Probably a severe case of sinus inflammation. Poor pitiful me...

I have great difficulty in putting my attention on "things that need to be done" also. Last night (early this morning)as I lay down and instinctively started the deep sighing release that helps me relax, I realized that my psychic energy was all over the place. It's like depression with so much energy invested in making sure I don't "fly into pieces". I just consciously drew my energy/aura back to myself. I made it very close to my body without even thinking about all those things "out there" where I have invested it. It gave me a sense of security. This is something I need to do frequently in these times. I/we need that energy to heal ourselves. It can't do that if I've got it scattered all over the place. I can't report a major result yet. I could tell, though, this is something I need to practice consistently. I need to feel that safety and I'm the only one who can provide it.
