Um...yeah, the past life reader actually used the term "underground" to describe the way I would be supporting political stuff in the future. Heh. This is LAST way I would have imagined I'd be doing that, though. And I guess we'll have to see how the opportunity unfolds before I can say whether or not I'll be taking advantage of it in any form because...man, this would seem to be "it"; it fits all the criteria put forth by my readers and my own strange intuitive inklings of late. It's curious that you would ask whether three or four folks in a basement would be something I'm into--I tried to start an underground paper once, back in high school, in my other life as a would-be future journalist. Couldn't get up enough interest on my campus for a truly "underground" publication. It was supposed to be an underground literary magazine, actually...I'd been randomly thinking about those endeavors a lot in the last few days, as well as thinking about a collection of underground papers produced by high school students of the '70s that a teacher friend of mine gave me when I was a teenager ("for posterity"). Couldn't figure out why I'd be thinking about those memories. And you should see the Tarot cards I'm getting right now.

...egh. Okay. It's possible I'm getting way ahead of myself. I have to find this place before I should start weighing pros and cons, plus, well, free will. The idea of doing this kind of work again makes me very nervous, especially if it is political writing. That might kill any dreams I've nurtured of working for the Democrats again in any formal sense.
