Sensitives can feel the bad vibes from battlegrounds going back hundreds of years. And the 9-11 site is more complex. American leaders either were complicit or negligent. So the trauma seems much more intense. From the dead as well as the living.
Also on the physical plane the ground is contaminated isn't it? Lots of toxic materials.
Not a place I would want to build anything on for many reasons.
