I don't do anything fancy. I just meditate and open my heart chakra and then send that energy to Joe. Just a picture of him in my head surrounded by light and energy and ask him to do the right thing.
I also keep the picture in my head and heart and just let it sit there. It feels like he is in my aura, just hanging there. I do this when not meditating. Any time thru out the day I think of it.
Thoughts and feelings are energy. We create the intent in our hearts and minds. It is then energy that goes out to the universe.
