May all beings receive the healing that serves each best

This weeks project which will actually extend further than the week. I will continue to send energy to this thread as long as anyone wants to keep this going. I am a recovering hoarder working towards cleaning out all the nooks and crannies, those last few drawers and boxes I have yet to bring myself to confront. Personal or family fear of scarcity can trigger the pack rat mind set in a person. Additionally we live in a society that enculturates us to glorify consumerism hence bumperstickers like He who dies with the most stuff wins. Then we can buy books and hire consultants (more consuming) to help us get rid of the stuff we really don't need and threaten to leave no room in our homes for us humans, only our STUFF. Oy.

Whatever the cause(s) may be this weeks focus is on helping us release *all* that does not serve our highest good on all levels - mind, body, emotion, spirit - not just the overwhelming clutter that may be clogging up our homes. Plus I would like to throw in a bit of specific intention to release any fear of scarcity. When I consider that most people go though several past lives of great poverty undoubtedly some of this leaks through in current lives exacerbating the situation.

Please feel free to share techniques and websites that you have found useful in your decluttering even if you choose not to send or receive as part of this project :)

Suggested Guidelines:
Please send energy to those who sign up in this thread, those who intend to receive but choose not to post and, using intention, embed the energy in the thread itself. This is to charge it to allow anyone who visits it may choose to receive healing now and in the future. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily :) Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. It is up to you to send when and how long *you* feel is appropriate.

All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different. The only requirement is it to be sent with the intention that it be for the highest good of all involved in the manner that serves the recipients best. This is to ensure recipients will not be overwhelmed by more energy than they can comfortably accept.

Receivers are advised to also set their intentions to receiving only what serves their highest good at a rate appropriate to all levels of their being. It may be found that it is most skillful to call in the energy just before sleep thereby allowing plenty of time for the energies to be comfortably used and integrated. I highly recomend grounding before opening to energy helping energy to flow and giving a route for waste & excess to release - all of which makes useful compost for Gaia :)
