People wanting to get married should be able to do so. It's wrong to deny them. It's just that simple. No one should be trying to dictate how others live. As one of progressive Christians (fundies hate me and accuse me of being a false Christian) I firmly believe that Christ was not bothered by gays and was more concerned about hypocrisy. When the fundie movement started in the 70's all of a sudden the man who stood for peace and love turned into a nitpicking grouch and I don't get it.

I continue to fight for the right to marry.ff I used to think civil unions would be ok until I met you. I have grown and become a better person (I hope) because of what you have taught me. Your patience with straights is mind boggling.
