I think that I figured it out, and I won't spoil it for everyone. If you want to see what I think, highlight the rest of this post. I think that RAB is Sirius Black's brother, Regulus (I think), who JKR aluded to in HBP. She said that he worked for Voldemort, and that he broke from the Death Eaters. I think that when he broke with Voldemort, he knew the location of the Horcrux in the cave, and that it is among the possessions from 12 Grimmauld St that Mundangus stole. That's just my opinion, and I could be wrong. What do you think?
