| 13. PA: Poll workers made mistakes in Nov. election |
 By JENNA PORTNOY Bucks County Courier Times BUCKS COUNTY - The November 2006 election was marked by inconsistencies in the way poll workers recorded vote totals, according to a preliminary report released Wednesday by a voting advocacy group. “We're not criticizing anyone,” said coalition member Madeline Rawley, who wrote the report. “We wanted to get this out now because we thought it would be helpful in poll worker training.” Electronic voting machines replaced Eisenhower-era lever machines in the last election. http://www.phillyburbs.com/pb-dyn/news/111-04052007-1325626.html |
