66. Basically that the statistical analysis indicates that
votes were moved from the Kerry column to the Bush column. He said this could have been done in three ways, but of course I can only remember one (too many drugs in my youth, sorry). Here's the one I remember--excel spreadsheets could have been manipulated, just type in one number for the other, or switch column headings.

This is based, I think, on raw exit poll data. Other people have covered this all in this thread. If you read it all, you'll get a very complete picture of what was said.
