It's full on summer and we at the Bicycle Alliance hope you've been riding your bike often! These upcoming organized bike rides and events support our advocacy efforts, so we hope you participate in one or more of them. Ride safely!

July 29 Tour de Kitsap. Hosted by West Sound Cycling Club. Two start locations: Bremerton Ferry Terminal and Silverdale. www.westsoundcycling.com

August 4-6 Courage Classic. Hosted by Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. Pedal over 3 passes on this fully supported ride. www.courageclassic.com

August 12 TRYBR (Tenino Rainier Yelm Bucoda Rally). Hosted by Capital Bicycle Club. Pedal scenic, low traffic roads in Thurston and Lewis Counties. www.capitalbicycleclub.org

August 25-26 RAPSody (Ride Around Puget Sound). A challenging 2-day ride hosted by five bike clubs (BIKES of Snohomish County, Capital Bicycle Club, Seattle Bicycle Club, Tacoma Wheelmen's Bicycle Club and West Sound Cycling Club). Start/end in Tacoma. One-day option for the entire course on August 25. All proceeds benefit Bicycle Alliance of Washington. www.rapsodybikeride.com
