Went to the kickoff of Phil Avillo's campaign last Friday night. I really like this man.
Phil he will come out to meet your house party or group of people so you can talk to a man before you 'pull the lever' (or whatever we will be doing next year hopefully with a paper trail!).
I also saw Phil speak last year at a Grassroots Meeting in York, Pa, and thoroughly agreed with and enjoyed listening to him.
Phil flew 69 missions over VietNam; see list of medals below. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have someone with a doctorate in history and actual war experience in the Congress? He is an anti-war activist also.
One of the greatest things about Phil is he isn't 'slick'. You see the real Phil it seems when he speaks. A thoughtful, intelligent, good, hard-working man with HEART.
